THE OPEN-AIRED CHAPEL
The Chapel offers a breathtaking open-air setting, where elegance meets nature. Its pristine white design, complemented by a warm wooden ceiling and chic black fans, creates a serene and romantic atmosphere. Beautiful light fixtures add a touch of glamour, while the altar stands as a stunning focal point for your vows.
This elegant space comfortably seats up to 250 guests, making it the perfect venue for both intimate and grand celebrations. Surrounded by the natural beauty of our estate, the Chapel at Hartwood provides a timeless backdrop for your most cherished moment, where love truly takes center stage.
THE GROOMS CABIN
The Hartwood Cabin, (also known as our exclusive groom suit,) is designed for the groom and his crew to relax and enjoy the day leading up to the wedding. This 3200 sqft original log cabin offers a spacious, comfortable retreat with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 65-inch HD TV, and full internet access.
The cozy screened porch and wrap-around covered porches are perfect for relaxing, swapping stories, and capturing photos with the groomsmen. Just a short walk through the woods leads you to a tranquil stocked pond, ideal for fishing or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
When you book The Hartwood Cabin, you and your groomsmen can stay on-site, making the day even more memorable with comfort, relaxation, and fun right at your fingertips.
THE RECEPTION SPACE

Our 8,000 square foot reception hall offers an open, airy layout designed to host up to 250 guests comfortably, with a seamless flow from celebration to relaxation. The space features a breathtaking fireplace that soars to the ceiling, creating a warm, romantic focal point. Expansive windows invite natural light to pour in, highlighting every beautiful detail and offering picturesque views throughout the day. Oversized doors open directly to the cocktail patio, making it easy for guests to transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The covered patio, cozy outdoor fire pits, and ambient lighting offer the perfect backdrop for mingling and memory-making under the stars.

THE COCKTAIL PATIO
Nestled between our open-air chapel and spacious reception hall, our cocktail patio is the perfect in-between moment where your guests can relax, mingle, and soak in the beauty of your celebration. Designed with intention and style, this outdoor space features adorable lounge furniture, creating cozy conversation areas ideal for sipping and socializing. Market lights are strung overhead, casting a soft, romantic glow as the sun sets—adding a touch of magic to cocktail hour.
At the heart of the patio is our walk-up bar, serving up drinks with ease and elegance. It’s conveniently positioned so guests can flow seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour, then on to the reception—all without missing a beat. Whether your guests are toasting with signature drinks or enjoying a quiet moment by the fire pits nearby, the cocktail patio offers an unforgettable atmosphere that ties your entire event together beautifully.
THE BRIDAL SUITE
Start your day in the calm and comfort of our spacious bridal suite. It’s a place to laugh, and soak in the quiet moments before everything begins. We provide complimentary champagne and a light lunch so you can relax with your closest people. The suite is thoughtfully designed with a private restroom, large windows for soft natural light, getting-ready mirrors, plenty of outlets, a kitchenette, dress racks, and comfortable seating — everything you need to feel at ease and fully present.
